Description
Tile Destruction Fixes and Updates

This is an attempt to fix and update objects that do not have collision enabled.

Some mods have maps that incorporate a more recent vanilla tileset which doesn't have collision and other info inside tiles like the wooden barricades, traffic cones, street signs, stop signs, and mail boxes. There's also other info missing like using a shovel to move a stop sign from the tile data. If time allows I will try and make buildings destructible as well.

Recent Changelog
  • V0.3.6 - Hitboxes for the street signs and mailboxes are smaller now (tested on server)
  • V0.3.7 - More collision fixes for damaged street signs, etc.
  • V0.3.8 - Fixed "hoppable" behavior of some tall fences
  • V0.3.9 - Fixed "hoppable" behavior of the small white fences
  • V0.4 - Traffic cones now have smaller hitboxes (warning: will damage car)
  • V0.4.1 - All fences set back to close to default and should be fully working now
  • V0.4.2 - North facing concrete wall was marked as west facing. Fixed + shadows

Working on making building tiles destructible by driving into them.

Works on multiplayer and on existing saves. Place mod at the end of the mod load order.

The fences with barbwire and green posts are NOT destructible by a vehicle. Note: Most fences require you to smash into them two times to break them. I also slightly reduced the sneaking bonus to some fences with gaps in them, just the ones set at 800, as most are between 200 - 500. Also, smaller more accurate vehicle collision for mailboxes and street signs means you can walk through them unfortunately. Same goes for traffic cones.

@Meyar -- I tried to do just this but there are no settings within Tile Editor that will fix that problem. All you can do is bash into it a few times and it will break. I usually do this driving in reverse. The "Slow Car Factor" setting only works on bushes and dirt. Otherwise I would of done this to traffic cones too. If this doesn't get solved in the next update I will write code that "should" make driving through wooden barricades and traffic cones not be a death sentence☠️

Does this stop wooden road barricades from being the equivalent of a solid concrete wall to a car? I made the mistake of trying to drive through some recently. RIP.

PS. The previous "fix" was to make the car stop on hit, but this disabled the ability to jump the fence for some reason. So, yeah, you should be able to jump tall fences now. Sorry!

Ok, looks like "Slow Car Factor" removes fences ability to have vehicle collision. All fences are close to default, but most objects have the speed required to damage them reduced. They still have hit points, but sadly I can't adjust these values in TileZed without forcing people to start a new game (using code).

Hi, issue is still happening, players can no longer jump over high walls (wood and metal) in both directions. i was looking the mod and this is the responsible, pls can you fix it? thx
