@Meyar -- I tried to do just this but there are no settings within Tile Editor that will fix that problem. All you can do is bash into it a few times and it will break. I usually do this driving in reverse. The "Slow Car Factor" setting only works on bushes and dirt. Otherwise I would of done this to traffic cones too. If this doesn't get solved in the next update I will write code that "should" make driving through wooden barricades and traffic cones not be a death sentence☠️

Does this stop wooden road barricades from being the equivalent of a solid concrete wall to a car? I made the mistake of trying to drive through some recently. RIP.

PS. The previous "fix" was to make the car stop on hit, but this disabled the ability to jump the fence for some reason. So, yeah, you should be able to jump tall fences now. Sorry!

Ok, looks like "Slow Car Factor" removes fences ability to have vehicle collision. All fences are close to default, but most objects have the speed required to damage them reduced. They still have hit points, but sadly I can't adjust these values in TileZed without forcing people to start a new game (using code).

Hi, issue is still happening, players can no longer jump over high walls (wood and metal) in both directions. i was looking the mod and this is the responsible, pls can you fix it? thx

After installing your mod, zombies and players can no longer jump over the fence in the same direction (see screenshot). Can you fix it?

I fixed the behavior of jumping over tall fences. The last issue seems to be the ghost mail boxes and street signs (still can hit with vehicles). If I reset the mail boxes to the last vanilla working tile stats, you won't be able to "hit" the mailboxes with your car, which is strange because there are damaged tiles for mail boxes. I'm trying to avoid writing actual code, as this could cause a performance hit on your game (or force people to start a new game).

In the latest version, the small fence is normal, but the big wall is still broken, some sides cannot be climbed, and some sides are still the way to jump over the small fence. Also, the collision of the mailbox lost function.

I guess, it may be the reason because you want to make the fence destructible. But in fact, you don't need to do this destructible function, because there is already a Mod that realizes this function called

There may be a conflict with this mod that is causing the current problem.

So you can just focus on fixing collisions in the game.

Looks like there's a limitation to making the mail boxes and signs have smaller hit boxes, you can walk right through them unfortunately. At least you can hit them with your car I guess.

Here's a screenshot of the southwest corner of the white fence totally destoyed. Btw, I'm uploading a new update that should fix the large collision (hit) boxes.

I tried again and the same situation, do you try bottom left corner on picture? It's that direction.

And by the way, the collision range of mail box and stop sign etc... it's large. Does them use a 'box' for collision? If so that's why large.

I test with "Marchridge" map and it's white wooden fence. The Destructibles.pack is 2.15 MB, the Destructibles.tiles is 39.12 KB

Hmm... I just checked the fences and I can't find anything. Are you using the most recent version? Does the mod have the .pack file in the "texturepacks" folder? What fences is it? White wooden fence or brown fence? What is the date modified on the Destructibles.tiles file? 10:15pm?

Well..
The new problem is that the small fence in the southwest direction has become a large wall, and it is no longer a jump, but the same as the big wall with clim thouth. And a large wall (such as a large wooden wall) becomes a small fence. Not only can you not see the complete wall when you get close, and also jump over like the small fence when you cross the wall. The above problems are the same for both humans and zombies.

@Romzes Just subscribe to the mod. In a dedicated server you'll need to add the workshop ID and mod ID to the server INI file. Otherwise. you just need enough speed to ram the fence. Sometimes it takes a couple hits.

@ DK - There are walls with multiple states of decay / damage, so it should be possible to make them destructible. I believe fences are considered walls, so I'll be testing them soon.

This mod helped to more realistic. But there are some bugs, for example, now mail boxes got collision, but it can't be checked inside, and the Loot window not show mail box icon for looting. So, other like that need to be fixed.

@Killa - Right now you can run over the traffic cones both big and small, plus the wooden barricade. Also, mail boxes, green wheeled trash can, and the gray round trash can with a lid. The small street signs will still damage your car, but will be dented when you hit it (you can't drive through it). Beware of the other metal cans, they're not done yet.

I'm working on all the fences right now. Wooden fences you will be able to drive through with minimal damage, and some smaller metal fences will be next. I'll try and make a list of what you can drive through and what can only be dented up.
