UCH - Kasagi

Description
Kasagi Light Carrier for Reforged Eden.

2.1 mil CPU, Unlock Level 25, Size Class 12
Primary roles: Medium space carrier, Module support, Upgradable, Warp, Shield, Solar
Works only in RE.

The Kasagi is a hybrid between The Aurora Light Carrier:

and MSC Helios:
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2387666775

Some minor structural changes and details added. Being a hybrid it supports the characteristics of both original ships, it can use the Aurora specific modules:

AFM-01 “Forge” with 3x Advanced Constructors, 4x Small Constructors, deconstructor, and 7x 320k storage. https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2426095561
ACM-02 “Cargo” module with 10x 320k storage https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2426096369

and the Helios Modules:

https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2391935700

The Kasagi is easily upgradeable with additional thrust, weapons or shield as additional CPU is added. It is made of composite, being very light for its size (4.3KT), it is clearly not a ship for combat but has enough shields and minimal weapons (covering all directions) to deal with drones or light threats, or simply GTFO unharmed.

At spawn it can push 60kt of cargo/ships docket at 100ms/s, and can land (barely) in 1G, but only can take off planet nose up. Has enough solar panels to wait indefinitely with shields up and weapons armed. Close and easy to access all functions from the teleporter and 2nd cockpit for panic mode :P

Key features:
Large flight deck for landing CV and SV’s
2 Front Aurora Modules
2 Lateral Helios Modules
1 Rear Dropship Module
Medium hanger space for HV / SV
2x 320k Cargo Controller
1x 320k Harvest Controller
1x 320k Ammo Controller
Heavy Shields:
- 2 Capacitor Banks (Space for 2 more upgrades)
- 2 Large Shield Charger (Space for 6 more upgrades)
Long Range Radar
Advanced Warp
Advanced Constructor (Space for 1 more)
2 Advanced Generator (Space for 2 more)
Full Medical Bay
Composite Construction
Teleporter

Thrusters:
- Max 10 Drive Thruster Back (4 Installed)
- Max 2 Drive Thruster Front (2 Installed)
- Max 6 Drive Thruster Down (0 Installed)
- Max 5 Advanced Thruster Left (2 Installed)
- Max 5 Advanced Thruster Right (2 Installed)
- Max 8 Advanced Thruster Up (2 Installed)
- Max 4 Advanced Thruster Down (2 Installed)

Enough free CPU points to add 2 more drives, either down to give it planetary capabilities or back to push more cargo.

PD: I liked the module system, but the Helios had a weird distribution, too much walk betewen areas, modules and functions; especially for only 1 player :P On the other hand, the aurora had a better distribution with everything closer, but it lacked a bay for dropship. So I made a hybrid for myself, which I think combines the best of both. After some time using it and testing and adjusting it, I decided to publish it.

I am using an upgraded version in RE2, will reduce it to 2 lateral bays and publish it. With the frontal modules, also upgraded.

This is pretty awesome. Is there any chance of an upgraded version release?

I see the "upgrades" switch, but I can't figure out what it does? Is there a guide or something for the upgrades on this ship?
