Description
Un luchador rudo, a sand reptile and heavy grappler who can use the sand with high wrestling technique to his advantage to climb, crash, hide and move in quicksand to stalk, seek and attack his opponent, but nothing personal, this hate is professional.

Raknar, The Death Roll Hurricane
Born in a peaceful community Reztli was separated from his village at a very young age due to a conflict between factions only to seek refuge in the heart of the desert. For years Reztli tried everything to return home, but the guards on the rock wall prevented him, forcing him to adapt to the extreme climate of the desert. You could be very strong, but without discipline you couldn't defeat even a simple ant.
- Wall guard.
One day Chomu saw his potential as a wrestler and proposed training him by taking him to see "El Bastión de la Tierra" in the ring, and then Reztli's love for wrestling was born, over time "Raknar" became known by several companies of wrestling worldwide. Since the rock wall cracked, more and more ugly fighters appear, but Raknar will crush them all.
- Chomu.
Unfortunately, it seems that he only fell into debt with dangerous groups due to Chomu's poor finances, currently Reztli travels between capitals to pay off his debts while fight from various bounty hunting groups.

Archetype:

  • Pros: Very powerful with mix-up potential.
  • Cons: Slow mobility and very susceptible to combo.

Moveset:
N-special: "Tremor Gale":
  • A tremor, in the air has no use outside of placing a knell blow but if executed on the ground create a tremor over the active instances of the sand sink.
F-special: "Reptile Hurricane":
  • Raknar lunges in a directional grab with 4 optional directions: forward (Throw), backward (Giant Swing), down (Suplex) and up (Reptile hurricane).
D-special: "Sand sink":
  • Using its enormous claws, it makes its way under the stage to move more freely among the quicksand sinkholes, use it again for a sneak attack.
U-special: "Raging trekker":
  • It gives a very heavy cross body jump with which we can climb walls at high speed and attack while gaining momentum (by pressing attack of jump with 7 seconds of resistance and allows "walljump").

Gimmick:
Sand sink:
This instance allows you to move quickly between different points on the stage while interacting with your movements, you must take into account the sand sink position, it will even be much more convenient for you to finish your rivals in the instances, although this fills the sand sink.

  • N-special: If executed on the ground create a tremor over the active instances, over sand sink it will create a tremor gale in the second instance almost instantly, this has more range, damage and knockback than a sneak attack and gives tombstone.
  • D-special: Create a sand sink and gives tombstone, use it in active instance for a sneak attack or out of it to create a new one, you can cancel the sneak attack when exiting the sand sink by jumping when you reach the exit.
  • U-special: If you hit the sand sink with your cross body, a raging sandstorm is created and a tombstone is produced, falling from the sand sink with active instances will cause a tremor.

  • F-strong: Using it in a sand sink can be very dangerous... but not for you.
  • D-strong: Create a raging sand storm, but be careful, it's not instantaneous and you could be "predictabo".
  • U-strong: A lumbar check, "if you carry it enough could have a good outlook as a chiropractor, you may want to lie down in a padded place".

Tombstone:
Grants a armore dodge during the execution of a movement in middle air for Dspecial and Uspecial, as well as modifies the Utilt.
  • The state is not eternal and will be consumed with its use or when damage is sustained.
  • If you have the active state you can recover from the damage received.
  • The state can be achieved with each interaction with sand instances.
  • F-special: On the run can press dodge to cancel.
  • D-special: In the air can press dodge to cancel.
  • U-special: In the air can press dodge to cancel, also works in wall bite startup.

  • U-tilt: Changes the range and properties, if you charge enough the attack you can pocket sand.

  • Love artesanal masks.
  • Frequently avoid cold places.
  • He was born into royalty, but was forgotten.

Ok...I see, it should have been resolved, it was a logic error in the v6.5 patch, also added specifications to the description for more clarity, i apologize for the inconvenience and delay

But I have no idea when I have it or not*. Reading the description above it seems like I have SOME effects available (u-tilt changing) but couldn't get the dodge thing to work... maybe because i haven't tried to do it airborne (no mention of aerial being a requirement in the description). Might try it again next time I boot game

* - There is an icon on the HUD i thought was related to it, however it seems to activate kind of at random, before i check out any of the listed requirements? And it doesn't consume either? Felt weird to me thats why i was clueless

At first it has more presence and was more obvious, tombstone was armor in throws, variants in the moveset and a cancel for movements, this ended up being very strong and unbalanced. When doing the rework the character changed some things and among them the use of the tombstone, it no longer gives armor but still allows you to cancel between specials (air dspecial and uspecial in wall and air), it helps his recovery and gives options in neutral without selling out... but the name no longer makes much sense and since it was part of the initial concept... it was difficult to remake, I need to change it

I don't remember, utrong had a dead pixel but I don't remember if he corrected it or it was the interface pointer that was a little low (which shows the player's name), I'll check it and show it in the patch notes

Is it intentional that UpB doesn't result in hitstun when getting parried? Since the hitbox it's quite big characters that doesn't have disjointed attacks struggle to punish this move

This one is probably a design choice and it's related to UpB as well. If your oponents gets hit by empowered UpB and he is close enough the DIin make the first hits move the oponent in the other direction turning that DI into DIout and giving some cheesy kills at really low percents. I feel it very frustratings for the recieving end :/

I have the icons and they were present before but I hid them in the last update, I will still see how to improve the presence so that the state is more noticeable
