Disable guns for Tribal pawns (CE only)

Allows you to improve your tribal playthrough by removing guns from tribal era raiders. Works well in pair with Ignorance is Bliss.

A heavily modified version of Medieval CE, unlike which this mod does not disable certain weapons from being spawned completely and works with weaponTags.

• Sets CE_Tribal_Gunner to use NeolithicRangedBasic
  
• Sets CE_Tribal_Grenadier to use NeolithicMeleeDestructive (no more stick bombers)
  
• Removes NeolithicRangedDecent, NeolithicRangedHeavy and NeolithicRangedChief from some other guns I noticed (including all guns from CE Black Powder Rifles (Manny edition))

If there are any other guns that should be removed from tribals and medievals, or mods that require such patching, let me know.
