Suppression Pins

Description
This is a port of Grobo's LWOTCR/GTO suppression pinning. When used on organic targets, suppression removes an action point from them. Also includes a damage penalty for the suppression shots to make them more potentially balanced.

Contains config to add (or remove) abilities that get the pin effect as well as abilities that get damage penalties (for if you feel suppression becomes too strong). You can also modify the actual damage penalty itself if you want.

My most recent update also allows you to edit the cooldown of suppression abilities, if you deem it too op to be able to spam it.

Hasn't been tested for non LWOTC saves, so no guarantees on its functionality there. However, I feel like all you would need to do is get rid of LWOTC specific abilities from the config and you're fine.

I play on high difficulty mod combinations, where I'm always outnumbered 6 to 1 (or more). I found that with AI mods, various advent loved to nearly stun-lock most of my party with suppression. This would be fine if the normal solution of hitting the suppressor undid all its negative effects.

Therefore can this mod add in the feature to refund the action point if the suppression ends? Perhaps even if the suppression results in a reaction shot too (but it either misses or hits)

New update is live! Did some code cleaning and added the ability to mess with suppression ability cooldowns. Some default values are put inside already.

Okay no, changing this into two mods is just not necessary imo. I think I'll stick with this one and just make it more accessible via config.

Yeah I think I have a better idea on how to approach doing this now. The existing feedback I've gotten in some areas has given me some important learning lessons.
