Description
What started as a simple mod to add a few custom heroes for people I often co-op with, this mod rapidly evolved after a few particularly cursed suggestions.


Featuring such cursed things as:
An Urbanmech with 2 engines
A Raven with an Arrow IV
A Longbow with lots of ballistics
A Blackjack that can JUMP but not for long
A Flea with a RAC/5
And many more.

I've added some slightly more normal heroes as well, because I got tired of the base game heroes. More will slowly be added provided I have the time to do so. Suggestions welcome.

Also added a Hero Endurance quirk for hero urbanmechs, because YAML doesn't have one (this applies to the base game heroes as well)


Mod requirements:

Highly recommended to also run All the Heroes to keep YAML heroes.

@blacjack85 Cool! Yeah I have no idea if it's a mod conflict or what. None of the other mechs I've used so far has had anything like what happened with Volunteer. Also thank you!

@kaisershinryu Odd. I'll have a look and see if I can figure out what's causing that. It was working a few months ago, my co-op group had been using it. I'll add a Paul Bunyan to the list. (Probably will be a grasshopper)

Love some of the mechs from this mod! (Adamantine especially) But I am running into one bug though. One of my other favorite mechs from this mod, the Volunteer has a ballistic slot in the right torso that not only refuses to show what it's equipped with but even when I equip it, the game acts like there's no weapon there during the mission either and won't let me fire it. I don't know if the bug is with where the slots are supposed to be, the game not recognizing it, or if there wasn't supposed to be a ballistic slot on it at all and the game showing me one is a mistake. It doesn't make the mech unusable since I can just leave it un-equipped but I thought I should mention it.

P.S. pls make a Heavy Mech specialized in using an Axe melee weapon and name it Paul Bunyan. We need a stand-in for the missing Axman mech and this seems a good a reason as any lol. A Crusader, Grasshopper, Archer, or Black Knight would all be good choices!

for some reason, the weapon quirks stopped applied their bonuses. (or at least visually)
checking out the RVN-CT in instant action, decided to make it run an lbx-10 (its range did increase when installed).went and loaded my career, purchased the mech with Mech Delivery, at this point no weapon was getting their bonuses, including vanilla ac10/20s

should note, i am running yet another revamped quirks but im not sure if that will cause problems

@Motobug I'll add it to the list. It might be a bit until I finally get a big update out to this mod. I've been working on polishing up some other mods, but I have a lot planned for when I can get around to it

How about a crab or hunchback that has an AMS mount?
That would be nice. I agree about the assault UrbanMech. All three would be awesome.
