Consolidated Nations - A Performance Mod

Description
Halfs the amount of tags present one week into the game to boost performance. While trying to keep gameplay impact as little as possible

Time Savings:
1.9.5 On my (high end) 9950X3D CPU from 1.1.1836 to 1.1.1840 it took:
- unmodded: 4m 38s
- with the mod: 3m 46s

-> it took 81% of the time aka which means its about 24% faster
The worse your gaming rig is the faster this mod should make you.


Hint:
- If you do not like how a region is consolidated. You can just disable that region in the GAME RULES.
- The consolidation happens one week into the game to give the rest of the game time to initialize stuff.

Just test it yourself:
- Just run it once with and once without this mod and compare the time

If you find the tradeoff between time and gameplay impact good, then keep it, otherwise just yeet the mod.

Out of curiosity, please let me know the time diff in the comments!

Why would you use it:
- Unsatified with the performance?
- Do you value your time?
- Frustrated you have to declare 10 wars over 15 years to unify the Dutch East Indies for example?

Why wouldnt you use it:
- You really want to see those tiny tags even if you have no interaction with them over the game duration

Has nothing to do with the mod.
Proably your wargoal is superceeded by another one or a bug from the base game.

When I go for "transfer subject" CB, the subject is not transferred? I don't know why

@watcher6 verify the rule is still active once you hit the actual country pick screen. I had issues setting rules lately with that.
If thats still the case there might be a misleading description in one of the rules

No matter what I choose in the options, trade ports in western Mediterranean change hands after some days (Gibraltar, the Spanish port in Marocco, etc)

Having the same problem as some of the other people here. No matter what I put in the setup options, it resets all of them. Tested on Russia playthrough, with this being the only mod launching
