Hey sorry about the late reply, I'm not really modding these days sorry! On one of the colour mods for Rome, I've written a little tutorial for changing factions colours- all you need is the 'pack file manager' and gimp or similar image editing tool. It's not too hard :3

hey, I wanted to ask, if you were willing, could you do a mod where Carthage is purple? In this Punic War Game I played often the Romans were red and Carthage was purple and that seems to be the most common color scheme on Rome- Carthage maps. Can Carthage be purple?

and one last thing, if you want to change the eagle to a colour easily, the black and gold rome colour mod as linked in the description would be the easiest, by changing specific colour hues in an editor ;)

Not sure if my two comments below explained this part but to edit the flags you'll need to extract the flag image files from the mod file and open them in an editor that works for the file type (ddt I think), where you can tweak all the colours as you like and you then must add the files back into the mod, overwriting the extracted data. All the other info needed to get to that point should be below :)

easiest way to do it if you're editing rome is to use one of my or otherwise's mod file and just edit that :p also in case you're talking about just the flags the generals hold in campaign, that's one of the values for a faction colour table that can be edited in the pack file manager.

better off using packfilemanager instead of the official tools for this kind of mod, makes it easier!

@Ø76923 any chance you can do a quick tutorial on how to edit the flag colours? I am awfully confused about it.
