GZD.Xenophobe Armageddon Stance

Description
Adds the 'Xenophobe' and 'Fanatic Xenophobe' ethics to the 'Armageddon Bombardment' eligibility list. It never made sense to me that xenophobes were able to purge species but never had the choice to bombard them to extinction.

The tool tip for the 'Xenophobe' and 'Fanatic Xenophobe' ethics reflects the addition of the 'Armageddon Bombardment' stance.

This mod is for [Andromeda v3.12]. If there are any issues, let me know.
