Changes the name of the 'Galactic Nemesis' perk to 'Apotheosis'.

Ever since the addition of the 'Cosmogensis' perk from the 'Machine Age DLC', the 'Galactic Nemesis' perk seemed out of place. There was a discussion on Reddit [r/Stellaris] that pointed this out and some users offered their ideas on what the name should be changed to. Reddit user [u/cupcakewaste] suggested 'Apotheosis' and this to me was the most fitting name.
