Average Development 2

Description
This modification/update of the mod works almost the same as the previous version, only now average development is considered only in states. Territories and trading companies are not taken into account in calculations. Also added to the bonuses are 10% discipline and 20% land morale, they increase/decrease in development by a multiple of 5.
Also, now the mod is in the form of files and not a “bin” archive, so if you need to, you can change modifiers at your discretion

Oh, my bad, understood wrongly! Nice to hear it, I'm gathering different mods to release an ultimate hardcore experience due to the fact most likely it won't have new DLCs until EU5 and this one seem too interesting.

Please, do you mind when, eventually, I release using it and giving properly credits? I'm just waiting to check a decent colonization asset (mod) that doesn't bug yet to proper release my Frankstein one lol

@Clark Crente Well, I wouldn’t say what influences the actions of ai on development? just a bonus modifier that changes depending on the average development in the core states

How it works with Xorme? Due to the fact it makes AI to develop land, right?

Great idea mod btw, just wondering to not make it too op like flori's monarch points with nations that already are tall friendly like Florence

@Nuggz, yes, I already did this with “average development”, now I was thinking of playing for the Netherlands, with states only in the “lower lands”, the rest with trading companies and colonies, so I adjusted the original mod

Вы можете пояснить, что делает это мод? Я ничего не понял из описания.
