Description
This patch allows VRE Androids to have psychic abilities.

It does 3 things

- Android pawns can use Psylink Neuroformers.

- Androids can spawn with traits that change their psychic sensitivity

- Androids no longer spawn with the gene that makes them psychically deaf

This mod is really only 4 simple XML patches, so if you want to change what this mod does, it's pretty simple.

Updated the mod so you can now remove the Psychically Deaf gene when creating a new android. It is not selected by default, so if you want your pawn to be Psychically Deaf, make sure to add it back!
