VRE Android: Unrestricted Patch (Genes, Reproduction, Psycasts)

Description
This patch unrestricts what VRE Androids can do and allows more freedom in what they can do.

1. Genes
When creating an android pawn you can select the previously unavailable gene categories of Reproduction, Special Abilities, Psychic, Movement, and Violence.
PS: Alpha Genes adds a lot of cool stuff for Special Abilities.

2. Psycasts
The mod does a few things to expand what you can do with Psycasts and androids.
  • Androids can use Psylink Neuroformers.
  • When creating an android, the android no longer is required to have the psychically deaf gene. However, it is still there as an option if you want psychically deaf pawns.
  • Naturally/World generated pawns will still be psychically deaf. You can change this at the behaviorist station.

3. Reproduction
This mod allows pregnancy/reproduction mechanics for female and male android pawns.
  • The previously required blocker that forced infertility is now gone.
  • There is now an optional gene that makes android pawns infertile.
  • You can terminate pregnancies on female android pawns.
  • You will probably need a mod like Way Better Romance because by default android pawns don't enter beds.
  • Naturally/World generated pawns will still be infertile. You can change this at the behaviorist station.

4. Optional Fixes
This mod adds an optional fix to make androids immune to tox gas. This is enabled by default, and can be turned off in the mod settings of Vanilla Expanded Framework -> Toggleable Patches

Important Tip for Behaviorist Station
To use the station on an awakened pawn you first have to make them a prisoner. Do the change, then release them so they rejoin your colony. I can't change how this works, unfortunately.

@(TRFJ) Shoegobby bop It just seems like how Oscar wants the lore of the mod to be. I asked him before about adding it as an option and he shot it down, so I decided to do it myself lol.

Thanks for this. No idea why VE team decided to have the 'Mechanitor' gene tab and not even allow the androids to be without the 'psy-deaf' gene.

Quick idea, I think it would be cool to make it so Anti-Awakening Protocols and Emotion Simulators arent exclusive with each other. Not being able to use both makes it a huge pain if you want an unawakened android since youll have to keep resetting them.

I think it probably just takes the biological pawn's genes? From the limited testing I did, they never took the android routines/genes. I assume the VE code has something in there to stop biological pawns from getting those routines/genes.

Although, I am curious how the reproduction works since you don't particularly mention it lol
Does it basically just make a copy of the other parent's genes for the child? Since doesn't make much sense for the child to be an android, or be affected by the "genes"/subroutines the android has

Thank you so much for making this, this is the exactly how I wish androids were to begin with. Having to invest so many resources and time to create this specific race, just for the customization to be so limited and locked out of the core gene system that adds so much flexibility to pawns felt like such a waste of potential.

These are perfect, being able to build in special abilities, psycasting, physical strength or letting them basically help make kids for biological pawns feel like proper things humanoid androids with this level of technology should be able to be made with.

I'll have it setup as an optional gene that blocks psycasting and just have world gen androids start with it.

I'm not familiar with it but I think just adding new subroutines that let them psycast would fit in fine with these.

I think I might roll my other mod that lets androids psycast into this one. Any objections?
