Brave New World

Description
A spiritual successor to the Rise of Empires mods by G-Man, IronWolfGaming101, and axossk, Brave New World is an original civilization-style submod for Imperator: Invictus with an entirely new setup consisting of a curated selection of interesting countries. Each country starts as a migratory city-state which must re-colonize the world after settling down or migrating to a new homeland. Apart from your country's initial capital, all provinces in the world have been reduced to a mere two pops and all existent cities have been razed to the ground, ensuring that all areas of the world are equally difficult to develop, allowing you to build your new civilization wherever you choose; want to migrate to Germania as Tyre and build a Phoenician Hansa? Have you ever thought about establishing a Baltic dynasty in Egypt? Or do you simply want to reign terror upon the civilized world as the Roman horde? With Brave New World, all of these possibilities are now realities to experience.

To aid in the regrowth of the world, natural pop growth has been significantly increased, a decision exists to build your first city at a reduced cost, and there have been decisions added which allow you to rebuild and rediscover the lost monuments of the world, from Stonehenge to the Sigiriya. With nearly 50 new formable nations added across the globe, most countries will have a goal to work towards, from the humble Burgundy to the more exotic Scythoscandia.

Like most sub-mods, Brave New World needs to be loaded second underneath Imperator: Invictus in the launcher.

@Ovix Do you have Invictus enabled? This is a submod for Invictus, and requires it to be enabled in order to work. If you are crashing with Invictus enabled, unsubscribe and resubscribe to both this mod and Invictus.

If you are still crashing after doing those steps, let me know.

It's crashing for me without any other mods installed, for some reason. It's been doing this before the 1/29 update for me

i've tried on both the new patch and the non beta patch, and i only have those two enabled

@Shinymewtwo99 yes, those mods have more countries. for example, England and some others are missing here... I miss them. But those mods you mentioned have a lot of problems. they break during the game. they crash and it is impossible to play. maybe because they have not been updated for a long time. I will try your mod, I hope the game will be long!! thank you! :steamthumbsup:

@RUSKINIK You're welcome, we're happy you like the mod! We've only added nations to the mod since we released it back in June, and haven't removed any.

You might be thinking of the Rise of Empires mods made by G-Man, IronWolfGaming101, and axossk, and compared to those amazing mods (which are linked in the description if you'd like to try them out), we have fewer starting nations to create an equal distribution of countries and colonizable land around the map.

@Coruja Chamuscada In your playset, do you have Brave New World underneath Invictus in the launcher? As a sub-mod to Invictus, Brave New World has to be loaded second, otherwise it'll crash
