FAQ

Compatibility
- Incompatible with Deep Storage, don't mix them
- Anything in my modpack
- Should work well with most other stuff too

DISCLAIMER
There is absolutely nothing wrong with Oskar's art or Reel's mod. I love both of those guys, and this is all just a personal preference patch.

By incompatible with deep storage, do you mean the lwm one that was the original or are you talking about the adaptive framework one/ both?

Good to know! I'll keep an eye on it.

@Lyren We're gonna do a big balance pass over everything soon I think.

I had to remove this mod because of the double shelf change. The double shelf from reel's has more stacks per tile than the open shelf from Neat's. It is pretty much the highest stack size per tile of the shelves that show your resources that also allows food. If you knew that and chose the other one for that purpose, then please ignore my comment! I use plenty of your other mods and appreciate your hard work.

That probably leads to thousands of people not using your mods, that otherwise would love to use them. I think a "simple" (I honestly have no idea how much work that is, so excuse the ignorance) mod option for things like these would bring your mods more in the spirit of "play however you like to play". For your progression mods it is mostly eat or die though.

And don't get me wrong, I understand that you mostly make these for yourself and are kind enough to share them with the community nonetheless, but it is just always a bummer to see a mod I would absolutely love to use but can't, because I don't have an option to turn something off. :>

Well, there is a Pot with a lid, I do get yoif reasoning for that, but the pot without the lid is literally called "Uncovered Pot".

And yes, I get it, when it is closed, so you don't wanna see what's inside. But I don't think I'm the only one that would be annoyed by clicking ln all my boxes to check how many ressources I have all the time.

Later in the game it isn't much of a problem, because one can just build the storage that doesn't hide the items. But in early game, with all your progression mods, there simply is no choice.

So at the point where one would have to Cherry picker those out, it just feels like deleting content that otherwise would be usable (lile with the DBH Towel Rack in one of your other mods).

@Futstub There's never a time where it doesn't look so broken or even like a bug. This is a point where I feel like people's perspective baffles me, like any point where I have hidden the items is because they are physically hidden from view. Why would anyone want them to appear ontop of a physically enclosed space? I'm not gonna add an option because at that point I could add options for anything. I have to somewhat understand the perspective first.

Any chance you could add a mod option to toggle the visibility of items in storage? It's really annoying not to see what items you have... Also for example the Uncovered Pot from APS looking empty even though it's absolutely full kinda kills the immersion... :>
