Super Warmongering AI

Description
This is a simple mod that makes the passive, peace loving AI's into blood thirsty, advantage taking, warmongering menaces' of the world.

Features:
The AI have better chance of declaring war on you on all difficulties.
The AI will also tend to make a lot more military units. Though this causes
the AI's gold per turn to be high in the negatives it will allow them to capture more cities.

I am not intending to copy Krajzen's "Aggressive and Expansive AI" but instead I am offering a even more Aggressive AI mod for people that want more of a challenge

*Update* The AI should make more cities than they normally do, please let me know if you notice any difference.

If it does get applied to them, well haha, goodluck to them trying to conquer the world(and us on the way) where every nation will simply turn on it(well at least the ones that dislike warmongers...) and fuck him up...

Does the AI get the warmongering penalty too for capture and conquering or and raising so many cities? Or does that rule only apply to us human players to "balance" the game so we don't do the same even though with your mod, it forces the AI computer do it.

The 'declare war gift' bug in this comment occurs when 'MAJOR_CIV_APPROACH_WAR' is 16 or higher. If it is 16, it may or may not be free depending on the relationship between countries.
Since this value has 2 for the original Gandhi and 8 for the Shaka (Random ± 2), it is not advisable to increase the value above 6 to avoid this bug. Or you can set the value to a specific number between 8 and 16.

In fact, if you want to see the bloody warmongers, the +16 is a good value, but I left an alternative here because I recently found AI Ethiopia attacking me using this bug.

It don't. CBP overrides this mod. Even if I enable it after CBP or before. Sadly but one can easily edit this into the proper files in thenCBP folder.

It should work fine, the game won't crash, but the AI could be a little mest up (as should be expected with this mod).
