Guns of the Empire + Radious (5.1.3)

Description
After many requests, I decided to finally take some time to make a "official" submod to make Radious and Guns of the Empire cooperate. This patch buffs the health pools of all units to match where Radious seems to have them, as well as buffing melee attack, defense, and weapon strengths a bit. The main Guns of the Empire mod should now resolve the error with the shooting range building chain. I also added some quickly done new cards for a few of my units so they mesh a little better with Radious's unit card style.

Hi guys. Any shadow of a chance this very necessary mod will get an update for patch 5.2 (5.2.1 now) anytime soon? Hoping and praying it will happen soon. Be even if it takes some time, thanks a bunch and good on you Snek for excellent work and mods so far. Sure a lot of us feel that way. :)

@ LuminousClarity - Its pretty sad you have to come and give noncontributory comments on every radious submods. We are all aware of your drama. I think it would be better for your soul and mind if you let go of this grudge and hate. :lunar2019piginablanket:

I am aware, but it has been heavily requested for years now. The submod maintenance on my bigger mods has probably come at the expense of smaller scale OC mods.
