Load Order:
● Baroverhaul Talent Parrallel Unlock (if you have)
● This Patch
● Combat Overhaul Legacy
● Any Baroverhaul

Issues:
May not properly work with Enchanced Immersive Patches

Baroverhaul released a bunch of talents in an update a while ago, so this just leaves a bunch of holes in the skill trees :(
