DataDriven Rebalance

Description
This is a rebalance from Data Driven Beta mod and therefore requires that mod to work.

Disclaimer: My mod rebalance is not the original intent or purpose of the mod. Therefore, direct all questions to me.
Disclaimer 2: As you might have noticed, the mod I'm modifying is currently not publically listed in the workshop due to its unfinished status, so it might be bugged (like supply chains and crew don't want to push/pull resources from terminals).

What does Data Driven?
Considering that it is a mod that hasn't been publically released, it doesn't have a description. Therefore, I will try to explain what it does.
If you ever played Minecraft, it is Applied Energistics 2. The idea of the mod is to introduce a computing network that can digitally store resources in hard drives, taking much less space while also allowing you to take those resources (and energy) from any other place connected to the network.
Specifically speaking it adds:
  • ME Controller: a processor needed to make sure the network works. The more stuff connected in the network, the more ME Controllers you need (they are modular).
  • Terminal (and Roof Terminal): a terminal in which crew can access this network, whether to take or put resources and energy.
  • Export and Import Bus: a connector that can be attached to weapons, factories, shields, reactors, etc. to push or pull resources and energy without needing crew.
  • ME Drives: a small device that can store, 1, 4, 8 or 16 stacks of a resource or batteries (depending on the model). They take much less space than normal storages and are connected to the network for easier distribution. Also, they are required as a middle point in case you want to use an importer and exporter to transfer resources from one place to another.
  • Cables: needed to connect the network (though everything can context itself if they are adjacent).
  • Under Cable: a corridor with a cable below.

Changes Summary
I made a lot of changes from the original mod. You can read the changes in the changelog. To sum it up:
  • Introduced ME Drives, Monitor, Importers and Exporters for Batteries!!! (the original mod is only for resources).
  • Terminals can input/output batteries and can directly provide energy to ME Controllers.
  • ME Controllers can take energy from the network, requiring no other mod to provide energy to them.
  • Changed the cost of almost every part (most of them slightly increased).
  • Added stats to almost every part (including speed toggles of buses!!!).
  • Changed title, name, and description of almost every part (especially as now they don't need to mention stats in their descriptions).
  • Reduced ME Drives storage but made them much cheaper. After considering the infrastructure needed to support them (crew, command points, energy, mips) they are more efficient than the original ones. Yes, it's crazy that my x8 storage is actually more space efficient than the original x64 storage.
  • Crystals are a bit cheaper to create.
  • Added a Spanish translation.

If the creator of the mod is interested, I can show everything in detail on video

This mod does not work correctly, the import buses on the iron factory and the spiral factory do not take things. The export buses on other factories work every other time, and only when you supply power to them directly. They do not receive power from the ME network. The idea of the ME network from Minecraft is very cool. P.S. Yes, I configured the storages and buses and screens correctly.

Can you add support for storing Rocks from the "Rocky" mod?

I just made an update.

Needs an update. Base mod has been updated.
Lines 80 81 in mod.rules are obsolete and need to be updated. Same for for paths in block from 216 to 258.
Lines 89 90 in mod.rules are obsolete. 8k storage was removed. 64k storage added instead. Same for paths in block from 273 to 289.
Since 8k storage was removed and 64k storage was added, 8k battery storage should be replaced as well
Then there is a "ResourceLevels" thing error. Looks like its related to broken paths again but i don't know how implement a proper fix.
As for "tried to use resources we dont have" CTDs - this CTD occurs when you try to build on a ship with an ME network. You need to deconstruct all the ME storage and ME controllers. This crash does not occur when you build on the ship without an ME network. I have a hunch that the core reason of this CTD lies somewhere the base game decides where to deduct resources from and somehow does not see ME storage as valid "location".
Have fun. Love me some automation.

It almost always happens when setting up a controller network. if i go over a seemingly random number or sometimes if one is damaged

I'm getting "tried to use resources we dont have" crashes. any idea why?
