Stranded - The Long Road Home

Description
The concept of the mission is simple. You go from A to B. Once you reach B you've managed to escape. How you reach B is up to you. What happens to you on your way to B is not. Plan carefully as every shot you take will attract unwanted attention.

This scenario features returning elements from my first scenario Stranded along with some additions and improvements.

- Vendors
- Safe Zones
- Random Events
- Ambient spawns
- Loot Zones
- Repeatable jobs.
- Dynamic trader group spawning & Medic group
- Dynamic camp spawn for traders, doctors and mechanics.
- Respawn. Die and you'll start from the beginning of the map again or save scum. It's a game. You choose how to play.


- Warfare zones.
- Warfare zones change. You'll never know when your about to step onto a battlefield. Sneak through or go around.
- AI in warfare zones are given random focus points. Stay out of their way, or don't.
- Cause too much trouble in a warfare zone and squads will be sent to hunt you down. You've been warned.

- Dynamic spawning zeds
- Hunger, thirst and radiation
- Ravage items
- Dynamic loot outside of loot zones.

(Radiation removed as it's a bit buggy)


______________________Gameplay Modes ______________________

Story - In story mode you must find out where the last evac point is and try to reach it to escape. You'll start with minimal gear, at the refugee outpost and when you die you have to start from refugee outpost again.


Sandbox - In sandbox mode you can do whatever you like whenever you like. Jump in for some quick survival gameplay or play for an extended session. You'll start with completely random gear in a completely random place and when you die you'll respawn with random gear and in random place.

______________________ Performance Notice ______________________


The map in this scenario is quite object heavy where most buildings now have interiors as opposed to the Arma 2 Chernarus map also some areas of the map appear to be performance heavy whereas others are not. In my playthroughs I've encountered stuttering in some parts of the map and not in others. This is exacerbated when AI is active. I've done my best to keep the scenario performing at it's best and I'm continuing to improve performance where I can.

______________ A note on the trading config files _______________

RHS has many many items. I tried to add as many as I can however I very likely have missed some. If you come across any items you can't sell let me know what the item name is and I'll add it to the config. I'll do this bulk.

the helicopter which captured by player couldn't refill the ammo or repair by mechanic.
I know it hard to do but I have been already got one heli from USMC :D
it fall down from hundreds of height of sky but not blew up. So I fixed it and drove it to the safe zone. Really a nice baby.
The "bug? or suggestion? " is up to you to update this scenario. Because I think heli in this scenario is just a big toy for some situation. Ammo is not the important needed things. What you think about this?

Released an update that's fixed the jobs. Also fixed the wrong text showing for different jobs and harmonised and improved the warfare job scripts to just one script to make my life easier. I think I must have been extremely tired when I first set these up lol.

I've updated the scenario. Just a heads up the latest arma update broke a couple of my job scripts. All the warfare task scripts have issues with spawning units. I've disabled them for now until I've rebuilt the code from scratch. The raider camp job is also bugged. Bandit camp, package retrieval and bounty hunt don't seem to be affected.

I fixed those bugs and changed the vehicles however I've found some bugs with the warfare jobs. Just trying to fix those then I'll upload.

by the way, could you replace the hunter HMG, APC and tank can get from mechanic turn to BTR-60PB, BMP-2 and T-72B 1984 with CDF camo in the next upload?
The Hunter HMG, Marshall and Slammer are too advanced to just cost 14000, 21000 and 30000, all of them are not adapt with this scenario's world view.
