Dawn-and-Dusk

Description
Two cats of questionable provenance wrought into one exceptional pet, set aside any questions you may have and really think about how much cat that is.

Also features a 'Cat Herder' preset, which is just a Watervine Farmer with some catty flair.

Made for the 'Caves of Qud Modding Jam: Pets & Presets' jam, but uploaded separately in the event that I'd like to do an absurd amount of work on them in the future.

Additional functionality spoiler: You may want to bring them along with the 'Telepathy' mutation.

In addition to the Corpse.BodyDrop and Corpse.InventoryDrop errors mentioned in the [Tzuso] comments,

Required attribute "Name" missing

@_Cell Thanks for catching that!

Even with the relative little dialogue that Dawn-and-Dusk have compared to Tzuso, there can still be issues like this.

It's really helpful of you to go out of your way like this and I appreciate it a lot!

Hey there, upon starting a new game for the first time in a couple of months, I found that this mod was breaking a bunch of conversation options across multiple npcs (blank dialogue choices that don't progress the conversation).

I'm not sure when/how it became a problem, but the <choice> in the final entry in this mod's conversations.xml ("WeStanDawnAndDusk") appears to be missing a </choice> at the end, line 201.
Adding the </choice> fixes it up.

I quite enjoy this mod, thanks for making it!

oh cool .There used to be a famous homeless guy in London that had his pet cat on his shoulders .I met them and gave the cat and stroke and him some money .He went on to sell hsi story and make a lot of money.Dawn and Dusk brought back that memory.

@luke.boscoe No, it's a single cat in terms of combat capabilities. The puma is an effective enough cat to give it some odds of survival.

If anything, Dawn-and-Dusk should be in some way hobbled by their combined weight and general lack of want to fight; so I think it's pretty fair to make them 'as strong as they are, and no stronger'.
