[1.14] Offer Easier Vassalage

Description
Increase vassalization acceptance, especially for lovers and same-dynasty rulers.

Feature
  • Increase vassalization acceptance for friend/best firend/lover/soulmate, same-dynasty rulers, military difference and some other.

Motivation
I got tired of the fact that as an emperor, I can never vassalize an allied kingdom ruler from the same dynasty. What is the point of having this functionality if you can never use it?

Compatibility
Compatible with any mod that doesn't affect offer_vassalization_interaction.

Found offer_vassalization_interaction in Ultimate Graphics Collection (Reloaded), Ultimate Graphics Collection (Revamped), and Interaction Icon Project Lite
