Imperial Hoplites

Description
Imperial Hoplites is an addon for Vanilla Factions Expanded - Pirates which allows the Empire from the Royalty DLC to utilize warcaskets.

Hoplites
Imperial forces now utilize a new warcasket fighter unit. High on juice, entombed in an advanced warcasket and equipped with superheavy charge weapons, these units are more than capable with taking on heavy infantry and even urbworld combat vehicles.

For balance reasons, each raid group can only have one hoplite present.

With Vanilla Factions Expanded - Empire, you also get two new permits to call down hoplites to support you in combat.

Q&A
Does this mod work with Combat Extended?
Yes! The mod is patched on my end, make sure you load this mod *after* Combat Extended.

I don't like the single per raid group cap on hoplites, can you remove it?

Didn't this already exist?
Yes! Previously, I had mod called 'Hoplites and Hirelings' which added not only the hoplites from this mod but also a variety of tradesmen you could hire for silver. The latter part of that mod was significantly improved and merged into my faction mod Machinists - A Faction Expansion.
Likewise, this is the hoplites part of that mod with some polish and many fixes. The hoplite permits no longer lock you out of the rest of the trooper tree, etc.

This was a great mod that added flavour to the Empire, it would be nice to see it updated, I know I'd definitely appreciate it. All your mods are great additions to my modpack

Even if it appears to work fine on 1.6, I'd feel more comfortable using this mod if its 1.6 compatibility was official.

@LZIM warcasket issue yeah, warcasket stuff can't be stripped (or normally be taken off)

why cant I strip a hoplite prisoner that availed itself of a weapon that was on the ground? or is that more a question for pawns in warcasket armor

context:
managed to have one spawn as an event where 2 factions decided to street fight in the middle of my base by drop pod raid. annihilated both for their impertinence and grabbed the hoplite as a prisoner. no intention to keep it because it is obv unwaveringly loyal and no option to recruit

exactly what i expected and was told that it is intentional to never see them or rarely because they are so OP (compared to vanilla)

I have Yayo's installed, which has a Warcasket patch itself. I have almost every Vanilla Expanded, the list of what could be futzing with it could be literally as long as my modlist, but I'm betting it's something to do with Yayo's.
