[1.9] 矿井爆破 | Mine Blasting

以使用炸药为基础pmg的矿井。
泵作为次要pmg，并提供吞吐量buff。
增加了两个pm对应的新科技{黑火药}和{硝铵炸药}。
对蒸汽机科技树进行了一定调整。

Mines based on the use of Explosives for PMG.
The Pump serves as a secondary PMG and provides throughput buff.
Two new technologies corresponding to PM have been added, {Gunpowder} and {Ammonium Nitrate Explosive}.
Adjustments have been made to the steam engine technology tree.
