why is it then when I fully upgrade heroes, the game attempts to insert 5 completely unique units of "bodyguards"?
This causes a crash if there are too many units in the army and its honestly kind of annoying.

And I know its this mod doing it because this is the only bodyguard mod I have.

It would be awesome to get some chameleon skinks for Oxyotl, Kroxigar for Nakai and temple guard or blessed saurus warriors for Gor-Rok.

Would it be possible to make greenskin bodyguards compatible with Gorbad's plans? As an example, right now if you give the troll hag a bodyguard it doesn't count as a troll hero or as a troll unit, which can turn off and put on cooldown your plans. From what I've seen, this is the case for all greenskin bodyguards.

If goblin heroes with wolf rider bodyguards could count as wolf riders for the purpose of enabling plans that would be incredible at opening up options, but I'd also just be happy with everyone remaining heroes if that is easier.

IGreat mod, but could u remove the mounted bodyguards? they are op and very annoying. I hate npc's using always mounts and now they have mounts with mounted bodyguards.. can you make a submod to activate the bodyguards only for players?

I figured it out. instead of num mounts, its actually num engines in the same table.

I have changed that and it does not work. For example, Helman Ghorst starts with a mount, and if I change his num mounts in land_units it does nothing. It starts at 4 so even if I move it to 8, it still doesn't do anything. If he is on foot, changing num men in main_units works, but for some reason not on the mount.
