NEW in this update: Division system:Infantry,Motor,Mech,Air mech, Heavy mech, Armor,Heavy armor and artillery
Infantry model and artillery model come from badtatts. Big thank to him!.
I also check his mod for code reference. his mod also make ground more diverse and interesting.

New unit:
Ground: Infantry division,Mechanized division(can carry infantry),Artillery,Land launched cruise missile system,C-ram site,Drone Launcher Vehicle; new cannon tech,armor tech,laser dazzler,APS for armors; Anti-tank weapon and drone for infantry.supply truck that can repair units. Drone Launcher Vehicle.Heavy mechanized division(boost firepower),Heavy armored division(twin cannon and flamethrower),Armored Support division(verstitile and anti-air),Light tank didivison(air-droppable).Railway gun.anti-tank gun,manpad launcher,infantry support vehicle, can be hosted by infantry and army base.

Air: Attack Aircraft(good at taking out armors),transport bomber(has 3 weapon config,MOAB,rotating cannon and close air support) ,UAV and UAV fighter(can be carried by bomber). high speed bomber got new anti-ship weapon config.Maritime Patrol Aircraft(specilized ASW and naval attack plane).Airship(Flying Fortress equipped with cannons and bombs,also hosts fighters and interceptors.),High speed rotorcraft(equipped with railgun and hypersonic missiles.

Sea: PTboat, Frigate, Battleship, LHD, Arsenal ship, LCAC, Sea mine, Submarine UAV carrier,Missile Container(can carry gun firgate,PTboat and kamikaze boat),Missile Container(can carry gun firgate,PTboat and kamikaze boat)
Missile:nuclear-powered cruise missile(very long range) built in missile silo.

Is the infantry division only for players? Ai doesn't produce this.

I get what you're saying and while that problem should be corrected, it is not the issue here.
There is no attack to cancel. There is no enemy nearby. They are just out on patrol and Boom.

For some reason the only division unlocked are infantry, motorized, mechanized, and artillery cant find upgrades for the others

Can't seem to deploy Battle Tanks anywhere; they end up being auto-deployed at random locations once the deployment timer counts down.

PT boats has oprational range kust like aircraft. it is bound with station or mother ship.
What's causing "action complete, awaiting new orders". You have to cancel the prior attack order before recall the gun frigate.It happens when you attack enemy with naval monitoring station. The frigate set out to attack. Next second it lost the target, and it stop on the spot. If you click recall frigate at the naval monitoring station. The gun frigate will return to station but at the same time set out to attack. To solve this problem, you must cancel the first order(attack) before you recall them.

Having a problem with the PT boats sinking. I did a test game with the following conditions.
No other mods activated.
Peace time not yet expired.
Patrol - on
Auto engage- both on and off.
I also have the fore mentioned "action complete, awaiting new orders" message. No enemy is close enough to activate the auto engage for either problem.
