BSMod: Better Killmove Behavior

Description

Features:
1. "+bsmod_bkb" - this concommand enables you to Hold a "killmove key" instead of having to Smash it, for continious killmoves. After running bind V +bsmod_bkb in console the "V" key on your keyboard will become a "killmove key". If you so desire, replace "V" with any other key of your choice.

2. "bsmod_bkb_midair" (0/1) - this convar lets you toggle automatic killmoves while in mid-air (still requires you to aim in the general direction of the enemy).

3. "bsmod_bkb_midair_type" (0/1) - this convar (try it if aerial killmoves don't automatically trigger for you) controls which hook to use for mid-air checks (0 - StartCommand, 1 - Think).

4. "bsmod_bkb_noclip_leave_grace" (0.01-5) - this convar controls duration of killmove-free grace period after leaving noclip (in seconds).

Known bug: sometimes after a killmove (happens more often with aerial killmoves) if another enemy is aimed at and in killmove range the player will automatically peform a killmove on them without any input from you. This happens because sometimes after a killmove, BSMod places you just a couple of hammer units above ground, which is enough for you to be considered "mid-air" by this script, which in turn provokes a killmove if "bsmod_bkb_midard" is set to "1". Unfortunately, BSMod does not provide developer hooks for me to mitigate that. I could not come up with a performance-friendly workaround for this issue.

It works a little *too* well. End up accidentally killing npcs by no cliping into them, causing the killmove to trigger.

Anyway bro thanks for your work, I understand that some features can't work 100% properly bc of BSMod's restrictions. Hope someone will make a better version of BSMod so developers like you could code a lot of useful stuff like that much easier
