Killmoves no longer trigger when you're in noclip;
new console command: bsmod_bkb_noclip_leave_grace - killmove-free grace period after leaving noclip (in seconds, "0.5" by default).

New console command: bsmod_bkb_midair_type - this convar (try it if aerial killmoves don't automatically trigger for you) controls which hook to use for mid-air checks (0 - StartCommand, 1 - Think).
