Temporary Compatibility Patch for 【The Return of the Ironskin Tribe】and【Warband Upgrade Ultimate】

Description
This Mod is designed to temporarily reconcile the conflicts between The Return of the Ironskin Tribe and Warband Upgrade Ultimate. You can use it until the update of Sparkle Eldar. Factions that are not part of the Ironskin Tribe cannot be upgraded to Ironskin units, and the requirement for special resources remains. However, it ensures that you can normally upgrade to regular units when playing as other Ogre factions.
