Thanks for the Reply. It works on the grand campaign, have not try yet in DLC campaign, but I assume it should work.

due to this pack file changing files relating to the building itself and not an player only effect, it also effects AI

BRB, gonna make a simple "no resource and instant building" mod if you also want the instant research part of the Akrya's mod should be compatible with Akrya's mod as long as you put this new mod ABOVE his mod

Just one last request can you combine this to one turn building. It did not work for my other mod of one turn building. Thanks
