Description
Ship Lore:
Deep inside the ruin was a single stone that would change the course of our history forever.
On the stone was etched a galactic map, and a single word more ancient than the clans themselves.
Higaara. Our home.

The clans were united, and a massive colony ship was designed.
Construction would take 60 years.

On their journey to Higaara, while jumping into hyperspace, the fleet was forced out of hyperspace by a mysterious anomaly.
Crash-landed on an unknown satellite, the crew unexpectedly found signs of life: other humans.
Colonists, just like themselves. With the help of the local population, they salvaged parts of the mothership and built a new ship, one that could dive within the underwater oceans, with brutish technology.
They quickly understood that the only way out, was to dive deeper.
With the Hyperspace Core still intact, they now journey to the Eye of Europa.

Playstyle:
This ship is really enjoyable with people, but it has been designed with absolute care so that it can be enjoyed even in solo play, despite the size and complexity.
Although it might not look like a t1 ship, I really wanted to leave the possibility of running a full campaign, while doing significant upgrades along the way.
So this is for you, players like me that enjoy running a campaign with a ship that changes along the way.
You can upgrade to the T2 and T3 model, and enjoy extra quality of life, higher firepower, speed and maneuverability.
As well as a different shuttle on each model.

The Mothership (Bare) is not the most agile of ships and will require intelligent navigation in the early stages.
You will have to be smart in the way you move and pick your fights.
Although it is a sizable ship, and it looks to have almost no blind spots, the reality is that each gun is very far from any other gun, leaving a good level of challenge.
The main navigation room has a large glass window that has 150hp instead of the classic 200, and is very beloved by monsters, so it can create interesting situations.

Overall, this ship should be somewhat comfortable on vanilla, and somewhat difficult with mods such as Barotraumatic.

Important Notes:
The grid is intentionally designed to be a bit prone to overvolting, so if all your batteries are fully charged and you come to a sudden stop, beware that you might cause an electrical fire.
There is a panel just next to navigation, to help you monitor the reactor power and grid load.

The Magic Elevators will deactivate themselves if they contain water, or if someone is loitering at their very top.
This is to avoid bots getting stuck in them indefinitely.

Known Issues:
Item Finder - Pings are too small
Because of how Barotrauma works, the red pings on the item finder will be very small. Please use a fine eye and try to zoom in.

Status monitor - Rooms too small
Because of how large the ship is, the status monitor linked to the sonar is not very useful.
If you want to accurately see where your breaches are, close the sonar, and use the status monitor on its own.
It's the monitor just left to the navigation terminal, it has grid power and fuel numbers on it.

Bot AI and the magic elevator
There should be no more bugs as such, as this ship was designed, developed and tested over three intense months.
However, bot AI will always do everything possible to mess things up, so you might occasionally see some bots going up and down ladders, because they decided that's a good spot to idle on.
The vertical force on the magic elevator makes the bots simply give up on life. They stop and do nothing forever.
Huge care was put into waypoints to avoid this, hence why in general the bots should never walk into the elevator force field.
If you do find them stuck, grab them and get them out, they will recover.

Feel free to leave a comment
Please do leave a comment if you find a bug. Hundreds and hundreds of small bugs were found while developing this, and ironed along the way.
It feels surreal using the ship now and not finding any more.
This ship bent Barotrauma so out of shape, for how the game is supposed to work, that it's incredible it works at all.

@Operator that is exactly how I did it :)
Didn't use anything modded though, instead I used the image editor. It comes up by clicking right click together with Shift. Then you click Add image.
The screenshot comes from Homeworld 1 Remastered. And btw...

ANNOUNCEMENT: T3 model is now up! See link at end of description, or go here

So I have every single home world model ever made on my PC, I had an idea, what if you took a side ways picture of one and turned that into the backround for your sub as a modded in block type, then build around that to help ? or is that what you already did?

ANNOUNCEMENT: T3 Mothership will be uploaded tomorrow! Sorry for the hold up, I was away.

Thanks so much for the feedback and the downloads! I'm absolutely ecstatic that other people beyond me will get to play this. What a pleasant surprise!

@Operator I'm currently working on the drone frigate and might make a taiidan model after that :)

@Russian Bear this took more than 3 months, though the result is T1, T2, T3 versions with 3 separate shuttles and different features.

This is so huge! I wonter how many days you ve been working on this. If only this ship could be like 2x times smaller xD
I mean Its ok to pilot and ok to defend from the monsters, but impossible to control the crew, always havoc on the lower decks...
