- I know there are other versions of this. I wanted : #1 to have my own so that #2 I can update it.
- I am, of course, open to suggestions and feedback.

Introduction
This mod is part of a broader "Rebalanced" lightweight mods series. (A breakdown from the former "Rebalanced +" mod)

I essentially made each mechanism its own submod so that players could pick only the aspects they want to see modified/added.

Indeed, everyone has a different idea of what needs tweaking in the vanilla game and what does not.

"Why not make everything Game Rule ?" one might ask ; i felt like having those as separate mods would make it easier from a player's perspective, as most people don't even bother tweaking the game rules.

It's also a little easier maintenance-wise on my end, and - I feel - more readable for players. You'll know exactly what you're modifying from your subscriptions/playsets.

All these mods will include a Game Rule (IF APPLICABLE) which will give you 5 settings :
- Values set to 33% of default - way easier/lighter
- Values set to 66% of default - easier/lighter
- Default (intended setting to play the mod)
- Values set to 150% of default - harder/heavier
- Values set to 200% of default - way harder/heavier

Mod content
This mod makes it so disinheriting a member of your Dynasty will be a much more organic thing to think about
Overall, yes, it's going to be more expensive, but most importantly, it will scale on quite a few things :
- the Prestige cost scales on your Prestige Level
- the Renown cost scales on your dynasty's Renown Level
How does it make any sense that the costs are the same regardless if you are a no-name dynasty no-one has ever heard about or, say, a Karling ?
If you think about it, the cost not scaling not only makes it super abusable without it being much of a hindrance, it makes it so that past a given point, it's essentially free. What's 200 Prestige and Renown (or thereabouts) past a couple hundred years of campaign ? Yeah, nothing.

One might say "Well, you can refrain from using it", to which I'd answer that this is absolutely not how a well designed feature works. If it's there, you should be able to use it without breaking the spirit of the game.

- the negative Opinion modifier for disinheriting a dynasty member has been extended from "Other Houses" to "All Dynasty Members". Value increased from 15 to 20
- the negative Opinion modifier for disinheriting a dynasty member now stacks
- denouncing someone now has sensible prerequisites and blocking conditions (see screenshot below)
- negative traits decrease the cost
- a few very positive traits increase the cost

Does this mod affect the AI?

@Captain SSmolleTT faire point about dying ; solution => pas it through the next in line hehe
Captain Smollett 11 Jun @ 11:46am
the problem is - does it matter? You disinherit everyone when you are about to die, you dont really care for opinion malus at that point.

And also no, 3 months would not be enough, a year is not that long of a timeframe if you're not trying to disinherit everyone last second, and if you are - tough luck

@Captain SSmolleTT this : "- the negative Opinion modifier for disinheriting a dynasty member now stacks" should sort of act as a soft cooldown, as if you disinherit 3 ppl simultaneously, it's going to give all dynasty members a whopping -60 opinion towards you
I'm not a big fan of hard cooldowns, I prefer letting options open to the player but just make it so there will be consequences

1 year is too much if a cooldown was to be implemented, maybe per calendar quarter (3-months) for balancing

I think what could also be interesting is adding 1 year cooldown or so. Doesnt influence AI at all, but pushes the player to be more proactive with disinheriting since you can't just spam it on all kids when "you'll be dead within a year" event drops
