Description
Welcome To Ivanivkova Summer - an expansive 30x30km Terrain.



Map created and detailed by: Venom

Inspired by the landscapes of old Soviet republics, this vast 30x30km terrain features expansive farmland surrounding a centralized city, which serves as the main point of interest with a complex urban environment.

Over 35 settlements and villages are scattered across the countryside, but the entire area has been evacuated, leaving large settlements empty and devoid of life. Signs of past conflicts are evident throughout the terrain—abandoned dugouts, defensive positions, and fortifications near roads and hidden within the tree-lines tell the story of a land once fought over.

Now released in a lush green summer version, the landscape has transformed with vibrant vegetation, full tree canopies, and sunlit fields adding a new level of immersion. The warm season breathes new contrast into the deserted environment, bringing out the eerie stillness of abandoned towns surrounded by nature in full bloom.

As you navigate the terrain, you'll encounter a wide array of points of interest including businesses, logistics hubs, neighborhoods, farms, airports, airstrips, war-torn villages, lake houses, and many more thoughtfully crafted locations.

The blend of rural and urban combat environments makes Ivanivkova a dynamic and immersive battlefield perfect for any scenario, operation, or simply exploring. There's a lot to see—and now, with the summer sun shining over every detail—we hope you enjoy the experience more than ever.

Author Notes
This terrain was originally generated using the `Arma Game Realistic Map` tool. From that point on everything was removed and hand placed and hand crafted over the last 5+ months, including trees, houses, roads and so much more..

I use this map to represent the capital of "Dogechnya" for my unit, and it works perfectly fine with AI, to what I've seen (On about the snowy Ivanivkova). The only few issues is the AI walk through buildings but assuming that is a bug on my side rather than the map.

Sadly it is. Can't really recommend it to "my guys" for mission making, as inevitably someone is going to make this mistake and nuke the server. It's a wasted evening waiting to happen. Also, what's the point of a city if not to fight through it?
If it's a known problem and the map is really only good for fighting on the streets then by all means do acknowledge it in the description, because people are going to encounter it, and encounter it hard. We almost put it in our standard pack before catching that bug. Because the map IS beautiful, and offers interesting scenario space, so a big kudos to you for that. Would offer, if not for said problems with structures.

The buildings are from my friend who let me use them , and its a bit older mod so he didnt tought about inf positions inside them (for me its better so you dont have to clear 80 apartments in liberation missions or other type of missions that include garrison infantry). Im sad that thats such a huge problem for you, but i hope you can enjoy the map .
