Description
NOTE: there are still issues im working on, this is here for testing purposes only
Law adding a variety of unique custom laws to better politics mod using law variant system, the list with requirements is below.

Distribution of Power-

Workers Suffrage: Restricts voting rights to Engineers, Machinists, Laborers, Clerks, Bureaucrats, and Academics. This law is automatically enacted upon passing Syndicalism.

Theocratic Laws (requires Theocracy):


Supreme priesthood: A variant of autocracy that provides a significant boost to priests.


Religious council: Increases the power of the clergy.


Priestly voting: A voting law that enhances the voting power of the clergy, with mechanics similar to landed voting.

Church and State

Official Faith: This law is only available to Monarchies or Theocracies. It grants bonus acceptance for "true faith" populations and increases the strength of the devout, while otherwise functioning like secularism.


Enshrined Rights: A law designed for nations like the Ottoman Empire and Russia. Meant to represent the rights of people of the book in ottoman empire and for russia its mainly to stop them from converting whole steppe. forbids conversion of all citizens below 2nd class.

Laïcité: A law specific to France and Turkey that functions as a variant of secularism. It reduces the power of the clergy primarily

Economic

Agrarian Socialism: A form of Agrarianism which primarily benefits farmers and shopkeepers while still collectivizing most buildings.

New Economic Plan: A mix between state capitalism and cooperative ownership.


State Capitalism: Stronger form of interventionism, reducing investment capacity of capitalists and other classes in exchange for allowing for more state directed investment.


Corporatism: Requires fascist state, law variant of state capitalism which benefits primarily shopkeepers and capitalists. will activate state controlled unions automatically when passed.


Autarky: A more powerful form of isolationism that allows for very trade with heavier maximum tarrifs and subventions.

Nationalization Policy: All economic laws, except for Laissez-Faire and Traditionalism, permit nationalization without compensation, with laissez faire now being able to nationalize with compensation.

Governance Principles

Dictatorship of the Bourgeoise: An Anarcho-capitalist law that requires a specific set of other laws to be active: Private Schooling, Private Security, Laissez-Faire, Free Trade, Commercialized Agriculture, Private Health Care, and either Wealth Voting or Oligarchy.

Fascist State: This law requires a combination of (Ethnostate or National Supremacy) + State Capitalism + State Controlled Trade Unions + (Single Party State or Oligarchy or Autocracy).

Land Reform

Peasants Self Management: A variation of homesteading that becomes available after enacting Agrarian Socialism. Essentially a combination of homesteading and collectivized agriculture.

Schooling

Indoctrinating School System: This law provides a buff to the ruling interest groups and increases training assimilation, and conscription rates, but it reduces the education bonus.

Bureaucracy

Technocratic Administration: Activates upon passing law technocracy, gives government throughput bonus.

Policing

Private Policing: Policing law which primarily strengthens the landowners and capitalists while weakening union power.

Taxation

No Taxation: name.

Future Plans (Phase 2)
unique ig bonuses, with ig bonuses being modified to have vanilla flavor adapted to BPM.

Slavery-
Forced Labor: This law has varying effects based on the form of government:
Under a Colonial Admin, it enslaves 10% of discriminated pops who are working in agricultural buildings.

Under a Corporate State, it enslaves 90% of all discriminated pops.

@Kascark since you're adding a lot more granularity it might also make sense to take part of the code from the foreign policy laws that changes it based on minister... like maybe if you have state capitalism and you appoint a fascist or corporatist economic minister it changes the law, even if you're a liberal democracy

@Kascark just so you know, the IG bonuses were removed from deliberately removed and replaced with the cabinet minister system. So I don't really understand why you plan on adding it back

Fascist state should require (or change the economy law to) corporatism, not the other way around. Corporatism is a fundamental part of fascist governance but it was first thought up far before you could unlock fascism in-game and was supported by liberals and social democrats
