AGOT: Better Pirates

Description
Abstract
Substantially buff pirates, to a extent it might be a bit overpowered.
As a result, it will be more challenging to play as Daemon Targaryen during his landing, but he could potentially destroy Three Daughters and Dorne even combined with his dragon and this mod. As long as he stays pirate.

Functions
- Tweaking pirate buildings in AGOT mod, so that they are worth it. Add a new line of Pirate Duchy building, Pirate Headquarters
- A modified pirate government to increase their combat abilities: remove disembark advantage penalty or cross strait penalty, add coastal advantages, such that they can resist free city expansion a bit.
- Make pirates more hated and dreaded, except for their pirate vassals and courtiers, similar to gallowsbait.
- Make pirate build stuff and army & MAA much cheaper, as you progress through pirate authority, pirates use forced labor or outlaws.

Note
Most buffs by the government only applies to the pirate government ruler, you either lead the army yourself or has a pirate vassal as leader to have the combat bonus, an unlanded character courtier won't do. The Captain himself needs to be present!
These buffs are not shown in crown authority, but you can check dread, MAA maintainence yourself, similar with night watch.

Everything, except directly editing pirate building or government.

After AGOT.

Description
While playing pirate, I think their buildings are too weak, it is too easy for Iron Throne or three daughters to eliminate them.
Thus is some buff for these buildings.
And then I think they are still too weak, especially Free City as admin will have naval contract vassal(no disembark penalty and coastal advantage), thus I make a customed pirate government and laws to substantially buff them, similar to Night Watch government.

    - general opinion -15
    - courtier and guest opinion +15
    - vassal opinion +15
  • Pirate tactics:
    - coastal advantage +15
    - no disembark penalty
    - no water crossing penalty

This mod is actually legit fire.
Made my Pirate King Euron run hyper viable and more fun that had him take over Stepstones, every coastal region in the free cities before making them all tributaries while raiding EVERYWHERE nonstop. OP if you set it up right. This mod made him the single most dangerous pirate i've ever seen in this game lmfao.
