Way More Cars

Description
[B42 Only] Ever wondered... Hey? Where did all these zombies come from? WELL WONDER NO LONGER. Cars, cars absolutely EVERYWHERE a car can be! Large zombie populations now have an excuse to exist!

This mod simultaneously attempts to fix and add vehicle zone across the map and contains many more rebalancing features. Including, but not limited to, adding wrecked vehicle events (traffic jams) across the entire map and revamping spawn rates with customization.

Can't enter a vehicle? Hold z! Seats are filled? Open the door! How? Hold v and then select the open door button! Drag and drop that corpse out of your brand new car.

SANDBOX SETTINGS ARE LOCATED UNDER VEHICLES AND DEPEND ON WHAT SUB-MOD IS CURRENTLY ENABLED!
Car spawn rate is determined by the vanilla vehicle spawn rate setting, high now means 100% and you can get a feel for the other values (default low).
Car wrecks are also determined by the vanilla setting named something like car wrecks, it's just a checkbox. Alternatively, if you're insane, you can set car spawn rate to none and this will also be disabled.

DO NOT use multiple of the sub-mods at the same time, only enable 1 per save (I gotta figure out how to restrict that).
Sub-mods within:
1. The normal, original mod, it's the one you came here for probably.
2. Burnt Edition - 99% of all vehicles are burnt. Runs AMAZINGLY if your device cannot handle the other 2 versions. Customization is available. It is recommended that you customize the settings OR install another mod to craft vehicle parts.
3. Wrecked Edition - 100% of all vehicles are trashed. Vehicles are not burnt, they are not wrecks, they are just barely drivable, *30% part condition maximum*, piles of driving junk.

Kraz's No Vanilla Vehicles (B42) is required for most modded vehicles.

You can use this in combination with Crashed Cars if you wish, they have a few additional features that I don't have while I have features that they don't. I don't need to recreate something that already exists and I hope they don't either:

Known Incompatibilities:
[B42] Week One NPC - Week One despawns low condition vehicles. The fix? Set vehicles to very high condition. Not great for balance, but let's be honest, game balance is not what you're looking for with Week One.

So, to be clear, I've only added cars in garages so far for West Point, Muldraugh (very few actual garages in town), Rosewood, and Riverside. Next will be Louisville, Echo Creek, and some other random locations. Then after that, the rest of the B42 towns.

I've added cars in most garages finally! (Only in the B41 area, B42 is a large unfamiliar area that I still need to tackle). Some garages were too small to put a car in, but I'd say about 75% of garages have a car zone in them (again, only in the B41 area rn).

And lastly, but definitely not not importantly, I added more zones around the map. Eventually, after I'm done with adding car zones in garages, I'll add FARM zones to FARMS (I know right, TIS really doesn't like adding vehicle zones in their appropriate spots). I've already added a FEW, but with how many farms there are, it's a big project (and hard to keep track of).

i really wish this would work with b41.

Is there anyway to fix the constant spawn of one specific vehicle model? I have the motorists zone pack installed with this mod and 70% of the cars that spawn are Ford Bronco's.

The lag and freezing every second is caused by 3 things, and probably other mods:
1. Obviously all the cars spawning
2. Driving and load chunks is already not great in B42 compared to B41, they still need to fix that.
3. Modded cars alone hinder performance a little, and KI5's cars specifically have this little bug that spits out null values for every car that spawns basically.
All 3 of these combined = bad performance no matter what you do. The best solution I've found is having most vehicles be burnt wrecks, that way it's much much less taxing on your computer. Less fully fleshed out cars to spawn in the better, while still also filling in those slots with "cars" so it's not an empty world.

Great mod, tho I will say that under high settings, Louisville is (understandably) impossible to drive through.

By the default apocalypse settings, cars are set to low and face random directions with my mod. To have them be more neat and spawn even more than the vanilla limit, I created and adjusted settings in the sandbox objects for you to tweak. The new "high" setting for vehicle spawn rate is actually 100% now and there should be a toggle for cars facing random directions under that same vehicle page. I hope this answers both of your questions.
