Charlie Base - Quick-Deploy Asteroid Outpost

Description
Hi all,

This is Charlie Base, the next step up from Beta Base as far as Quick-Deploy Depots/Outposts are concerned. The idea behind Charlie Base, much like Beta Base, is to have a reliable Outpost nearby an asteroid field without having to remember how to build it. All you have to do is supply the starting connector with components and let Charlie Base take care of the rest!

See Beta Base ( https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=604513648 ) if you would like a less-expensive Quick-Deploy Depot.

Guide A - How to Setup Charlie Base

-- Make sure you have a space-ready cargo hauler ( for example Dori Mk4 https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=608205787 )
-- Store enough components for at least 1 Connector, 1 Battery, 1 Projector, and 1 Welder (large grid)
-- Fill the rest of the cargo with as much as you can fit of every component
-- Get to space with cargo and fly off to the asteroid field
-- Once in an asteroid field, build a welder with a battery below, a projector above, and a connector attached to the back. Make sure the welder's conveyer ports are exposed at the sides ( see pictures for reference ).
-- Access the Projector's Control Panel, and project Charlie Base's blueprint over your starting blocks
-- Assuming you've brought enough components, turn on the welder and let good ol' Charlie Base take care of the rest!

Guide B - Below is for those who want the exact components needed (as of Jan 27, 2016). Anything with a "(+ #)" is the cost of the starting Battery, Connector, Projector, and Welder

Bullet Proof Glass - 30
Computers - 1150 (+ 49)
Construction Components - 3955 (+ 104)
Displays - 101
Large Steel Tubes - 624 (+ 3)
Interior Plates - 1000
Medical Components - 15
Metal Grids - 590
Motors - 382 + 11
Power Cells - 480 (+ 120)
Radio-communication Components - 40
Reactor Components - 2000
Small Steel Tubes - 1028 (+ 12)
Solar Cells - 1280
Steel Plates - 10591 (+ 271)
Superconductor Conduits - 100

!!CAUTION!! -- As of Jan 27, 2016, there seems to be a bug that keeps the welders from building the entire station in one-go even tho it has enough components. To kickstart the self-building process when it hiccups, simply place a light armor block around the starting connector. This will cause the grid to update and force the welders to startup again.
