Normal Retreat

Description
Disables the shattered retreat mechanic for those like me who don't like it.

UPDATE: Should be compatible with anything and everything now.

UPDATE 2: created optional secondary mod that rebalances combat to account for no shattered retreats

It should still work, but it is also obsolete/unnecessary, as the devs have now included an option to disable shattered retreat in the vanilla game rules.

Is not compatible with the A Game of Thrones mod. Crashes the game in seemingly random intervals.
