Stop Scanning When a Soldier Recovers

Description
Pauses scanning when a soldier recovers from wounds. Note that, due to implementation limits, any mods such as Soldier Fatigue will not be affected.

Works best with mods like Upcoming events in hours

+1 update for WotC. I noticed Infirmary doesn't pause t all after removing negtraits and scan-pausing for soldier recovery was a pain in vanilla too.

I don't see why the german localization would be a problem and I wasn't able to replicate the issue.

That said, the latest update doesn't even need the localization so if the problem persists after this it's probably on your end.

I tried and it didn't work for some reason. I didn't feel like tracing the inherited function to see where it was called.

suggestion to reduce overwrites: 'UnitHealCompleted' event gets triggered whenever a unit is recovered. Try register for that event every time you enter the geoscape (with a screenlistener) and destroy the event listener on exit.
