Description
I always wondered why there is a King Gryphon Mount and no separate Unit of that kind?
I also wondered why Elf Gryphon Riders ride mounts that differs from the Anmial Gryphons?

This mod changes the default Gryphon skin to the one that Elves ride and also adds a new icon. It also now can Evolve into King Gryphon unpon reaching the gold medal

The new King Gryphon is a T4 unit a bit larger then it's prdecessor and has the same icon and colour as the King Gryphon Legendary mount (basicly the same old default Gryphon icon and model).

New King Gryphon has:
Mind Control Immunity (just like all T4 animals in the game),
Doom Gaze as range attack and some Spirit Damage in it's melee.
It's Dedicated to good (as it's lesser brother) but is a Holy Champion and has Inspiring Aura.

Additionaly some Treasure and Adventure sites Spawn Sets were modifyed a bit to increase chance of meeting new units in the wild. Now you can meet:
Gryphon in a:
- Great Farm (among good monsters set);
- Creation and Air Nodes;
- Spring of Life;
And the King Gryphon in a Shrine to Guardian Angel;

P.S. Someone said that it would be more appropriate for Gtyphons to evolve T2 -> T3 -> T4 other then from T2 to T4 straightly and I completely agree to that! However, I lost all my source files for this mod almost a year ago, so it's far not likely that I will update this mod anytime soon. The most problem for me is grafix - the mnodel itrself and an icon. The Eomolch's Archon Race mod: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=897959715 has one perfect model for a T3 Royal Gryphon candidate. It would be utterly nice if we could integrate our models or mods to crate more solid and gameplay-friendly Gryphon evolution set, but unfortunately no me mor Eomolch has no skills of integrating the mods into each other.
If anyone ever would magically will to integrate the mods or do anything to this I would be happy to help or grant him an ideas. Anyone?

Looks like I lost all my source so o do all hat I have to do it all over again.

I'll try o do it, but don't expect it to be superfast. I still would appreciate any help with a skin/model of a T3 Gryphon and a description text if anyone will be so greatull.

I dont have any idea how to do any of that. Until someone comes along that does, could you just change the color of the original gryphon to something else?

It's actually not a bad idea at all - I like it!

The problem is that I'm not the best artist and one obviously need another new (somehow "middle" between those two) skin for a T3 Royal Gryphon.

If one could make a .DDS skin file for the new gryphon, based on old King Gryphon one I could make that unit.

All credits for the model obviously go to the creator!

Hjaa makes a good point. Could you add another step in the evolve process? Have the gryphon evolve into "Royal/Elder Gryphon (T3 unit)" which later evolves into your king gryphon? The 2nd stage gryphon's stats should be somewhere in between both unit types. Instead of Doom Gaze, maybe give it Petryifying touch and later Petryifying Scream when it makes t4.

I like this idea, but somehow it seems like having a creature evolve from T2 to T4 makes it too easy to get a T4, especially considering how easy it is to get gryphons. I would probably have preferred it as a T3 unit, or even that there was another T3 step (Royal Gryphon? ^^) before reaching T4. I personally prefer Doom Gaze over call lightning. If you would prefer anything lightning, I'd use lightning breath.

I was gonna suggest the Call Lightning skill that the Arch Druid learns around lv 11I believe. Otherwise I get where the doom gaze comes in. Playwise especially, I'm just a big fan of the idea of a massive gryphon ridding in and bringing down lighting right before it strikes. Also feels more tier4-ish with a skill I don't think another creature has. It's not overbearing in that it does have cooldown too so it's a bit like dragon breath but a tad weaker, yet still good because it may stun.

How exactly odd-placed he banner is? Too high, too low, or otherwise else? I would like to fix it later, maybe.

The doom gase was choosen for a spirit damage and he post-effect I felt it fitted more. Would you like to suggest anything else yourself?

As for the Nexus -- I will try to do it.
