Description

This small 'mod' (if you can even call it that) gives you the ability to spend 99 points on your empire's traits.

Once you've started your game, you'll get an event after you press 'Begin', where you can choose if you want the AI to have the bonus traits.

Known issues: Certain AI's that are created thru events still get the bonus traits. (Titanic life, underground civilization)

Guys, as you saw this mod is down.
You can go to <steamFolder>\steamapps\common\Stellaris\common\species_archetypes and change the value of @species_max_traits to 99 or anything you fancy. :)
You shouldn't generally change the files directly from the game folder and it would be better to do a mod but ... I'm a bit lazy atm. So if anyone wanna turn this into a mod, be my guest !
