No More Floppy Hats

Description
I decided to create this mod that removes the floppy hats from Empire State Troops because it just didn't seem normal to have non-armored helmets in a time that was almost exclusively warring.

Lore-friendly or not, those hats suck.

@IntrepidH There's a Full Plate Greatsword and Full Plate State Troops mods that are A+ and working, at least for me they do
