Better Hellblaster volley gun

Description
Alot of people have been asking for this.. so here it is.

Increase Range from 200m to 300m.

Increase damage from 251 to 330.

Faster reload time, from 10.8s to 9s.

Decrease accuracy slightly.

Save game compatiable
