All Factions: Tweaks for Existing Skills

Description
After playing the game for a significant period of time, I really found myself disliking how some of the skills are laid out and set up. For example, there's really not much point putting more than one point into lightning strike if you're rationing points, because a modification to reinforcement range is difficult to see in normal gameplay. Likewise, Deff from Below buffs evasion chance, but not interception, while its description talks as if it would do that.

I changed some of the skills around to my liking, and I figure I might as well share in case anyone is of the same mind on the changes I made. Most of the changes are to campaign skills, with one change to a battle skill for now. While the mod is savegame compatible, it does switch around the positions of some skills, and I haven't fully tested if it results in lost skill points invested. I would recommend a new campaign for using this mod. This should work with most mods. A couple skills swapped places, so if another mod says the skills should be in their original positions that might be overwritten but won't prevent the rest of the mod from working.

Note: I hit the limit on the amount of text I can put into the description of a mod, so for more detailed information on what has been changed and why please visit the change log.

A bit late in replying but better than never; Should other mods alter the effects of the skills I mention, there's two possibilities: (1) If they're the same effects, one will overwrite the other. (2) If they're different effects, they will append to one another and you'll get the benefits of both.

I also moved and replaced some campaign skills; if a mod explicitly declares that those campaign skills are supposed to be in their original positions, that may overwrite those changes.

Besides those two instances, I imagine this will work with mods that make any other changes.

I mostly play Vampire Counts and the changes you made for them are damn cool. Will try it right away. Thanks a lot. :)
