Report a translation problem
When you place a level transition, you can set it so that the coordinates the player spawns at with the two sliders for X and Y when placing the level transition. The blue tinted sprite of the character will be where the player will be put on the next floor.
You can't make the grid any bigger, you'll just need to be clever with the floor transitions to make it seem like one big area split up into sections.
On the track list, if you move your mouse towards the bottom of the list, it should scroll through the rest of the track options for you to choose from.
