Description
Because men can use axes too!


Has high weapon damage, but low melee attack to simulate the difficulty in wielding an axe

Best used as shock troops to hit the side and back of enemies

Requires Barracks Lvl 2

still works and is one of the best empire infantry mods out there :P, i use these guys to hold the line while my rocket and mortar batteries pound the enemy charge into dust

Excellent early game unit....anyone reading this, know that don't hire swordsmen...hire these guys instead. You will just have to wait a couple of extra turns. The extra upkeep is worth spending. Moreover, just six or seven of these guys can easily take you through the early battles, if managed properly. Once again...great work and keep it up! Thanks :)
