Beastmen DLC Updated

New Lore of Magic: Dark Magic ( Dhar )
New Hero for All Factions: Witch King of Naggaroth ( Ready for Campaign and Multiplayer, including Beastmen )

Dark Magic is a very diversified Lore of Magic, from large area damage spells, to hexes that can inspire horror and release fear, it can even summon various monstrous creatures to fight for you. Dark Magic's effective area is smaller than High Magic, and it lacks of abilities that can control over the Winds of Magic~ but it makes up for it by causing more havoc and death. The Witch King is very hard to kill, he is a skilled melee combatant on a dragon, he constantly drain life force out of everyone, however most of his Dark Magic spells cost his health to cast, his powerful summon abilities even require you to sacrifice an entire unit. When you are facing the Witch King in battle, he should be your first priority to deal with, focusing fire from afar is recommended, overwhelm him with melee units and keep him on the ground is also necessary.

This is another end game legendary hero just like Archmage with a 9000 price and 4000/Turn upkeep cost, you can only have a maximum of 1 unit. He is available for all 5 factions.

My PC is pretty weak, all the above screenshots are taken under mid-low setting, if you have a decent computer the spells will look way more magnificent.

Strengths:
Exceptionally diversified powerful spells
Can summon The Black Dread and Soul Stealer
Legendary melee fighter with potent area regeneration abilities
Rider of a monstrous dragon

Weaknesses:
Dark Magic costs caster's health
Sacrifices allies to cast spells
Corrupts Winds of Magic, casting distance is also limited
Very expensive, high maintenance

Personal Notes and Updates:

First of all, I'm so glad you guys are enjoying the Archmage and High Magic mod, and thank you all for your encouragements and supports~ After days upon days of work, this is the Witch King and Dark Magic I have promised, I hope you guys will like it.

Is this mod lore friendly? Yes. Is this 100% canon? Nope, sorry. I know in lore he would never be available for factions like the Empire, but my main goal is to let players from every faction to have fun, this is a video game after all :) He is OP, as he should be since the cost of this thing is basically the same as a medium sized army, however a skilled player can still use very little units to effectively kill him, it's all about strategy and wits :)

Currently there is a bug in the campaign mode: When your random hero reward event triggers, there is a chance of it being Witch King / Archmage, the reason for that is they are still within the current hero types, right now there is no way to create a new hero type since a few related tables that are not allowed to be edited, there is nothing I can do to change that for now until the developers update BoB or PFM, and once they releases the new version, Ill fix this bug as soon as possible.

Special thanks to @biuiyou for the awesome ideas of sacrificing units and casting blood price~

I also want to make a powerful specialized summoner hero in the future, but Im a noob with the lore, guys is there any summoner hero that's on Teclis or Malekith's level?

What about if you make AOE spells alot make a wizard (ngl magic is the coolest thing ever) that instead uses spells like Archeons fireball that fire from the wizard himself, idk if im just ranting would just be really cool since you already made a awesome mod (i love magic and i bet alot of others do aswell) and one more thing what about an Elemental wizard idk would be pretty cool unless you are aiming for lore. well thats enough from me im just spouting what i want lmao dont have to listen to any of this

Holy heck, twice!? And beating sigmar.. whoa. Until now, I have yet to read the entire story and have just been reading battles, races and popular figures here and there.

And @DeStark, please port this and every other of your mod to Warhammer 2! And still looking forward to your powerful summoner hero! :steamhappy:

Nagash is the ultimate supreme master of the Undead, the first and most powerful necromancer, creator of the vampire race, (by manipulating Nefarata into creating a duped elixer of immortality), and beat the snot out of THE Sigmar himself, (the once living Demi-God of the Human God, Ulrich, and the first emperor of the empire). Conquered the entire old world, twice.

Though he is not truly considered divine, (since he was a human who simply became immortality incarnate), he is otherwise - for all intensive purposes, the God of the immortal undead.

I can't believe I missed this great looking mod for so long! Is there a chance you could make him available to the wood elves? Ideally as a lord but as a hero great too. As a side note his mother Morathi woul make a great project :)
