Description
Corsair Developmental Industries Presents The SL-Escape Pods!

These Basic Escape / Drop Pods were designed to drop up to Four people into a planets Gravity well and get them to the surface with little to no interaction from People, while retaining high Survivability. After being activated each pod will Force Lock all 4 Seats out of main Controls to prevent any course interferance.

Oxygen Bottles can be accessed through the rear Connector to be placed into the Main Oxygen Tank for Storage or Refilling once on a planet with no to Low Oxygen atmosphere. Cargo Units are also in place so that tools, Weapons, and ammunitions can be stored onto the pod for Landing parties. These units can be accessed from the Rear Connector or Main Pod Seats while in Transit.

To be used with the CDI Escape Pods Sectional Unit for the CDI Modular Stations Project. However these units will attach to any Standard Connector that has the ability to feed the pods with Oxygen and Hydrogen.

Each Pod Weighs 2o,ooo kg

Features:

- 4 Seats for Evacuees
- Autonomous Launch, Redirection, and Landing.
- 1 Oxygen Container For Air Supply for all four Pods
- 1 Hydrogen Container for the Landing Burner
- 2 Automated Gyroscopes

-= HOW TO USE THE ESCAPE PODS =-

These Pods are fully Autonomous and only Require a Two Steps.
It has been tested in all Environments with a High Survivability Rate.

For these pods to work you will need to do two things to set them up for Full Automation.

Step 1) Make Sure you go into the -LANDING BURN PROGRAM- and Set your Worlds Inventory Multiplier. This Needs to be done to ensure the Program Runs Smoothly and Accurately! PLEASE DO NOT FORGET THIS STEP!

Step 2) Set up a GPS Location on the Nearest celestial Body with Natural Gravity.
(Everything from 0.25 -> 1.1 Has been tested)
This GPS is going to be a general Direction, so dont expect these pods to pull any crazy maneuvers and pin-point accuracy.

Once you have your GPS Down on a planet, Simply Add those Coordinates to the -AUTOPILOT DEVICE- for the corresponding Pods. When activated (Platform Launch Timer, Hotbar 3) the pod will automatically Undock, Pushoff, Drift for 200m and Set a Direct Course to the set GPS Location.

Once it Hits a Natural Gravity well it will Align itself with the Planetoid, Toggle Ion Thrusters off and Main Hydrogen Thruster on, and continue on its path Until the Landing Burn Activates above the planets Surface. When on the Surface it will be safe to Exit the Pod and Grab any Extra Gear loaded onto it and move out to a Safe Location.

-=NOTE FOR DRAG MOD USERS=-
Drag Mods are not supported by the setup and will prevent the Scripts in place from functioning properly. And As Such Worlds with Drag Mods will result in strange preformance of the pods automated drop sequence. This Vessel Will -NOT- Work with Drag mods active on worlds!

@mastergoku2999 I just discovered that the last update broke my script, i have fixed it. So now @Kiyashi should update the blueprint to include the new version of the script (just remeber to set it up as it was before).

ive tried to use this but the landing doesnt work my inventory size was x10 i put 10 in the settings but it never slowed down i had to manually slow it down using thruster overide. but everything else worked flawlessly good work :D
