Description
The magnificent ship in the harbor was made by Bloody Hound

Tobaro "the City of Sirens" is a city and principality of Tilea. The city is built on the uninviting and dangerous shore on the eastern side of the Abasko Mountains.
The Abasko Mountains make Tobaro practically unreachable from the west, while the Fools Rocks surrounding the shoreline make entry by sea dangerous enough that only Tobaran pilots can safely navigate them.
Tobarans are great seafarers, although when it comes to a pitched sea battle they are no match for the Magrittans or Arabians.
The Tobaran exports are silver and gem stone mined from the surrounding mountains, which are traded for foodstuffs mostly with other Tilean states. Their maritime trade is mostly limited to ports along the Tilean Sea and in the southern Estalian kingdoms.

History:

In legend, the coasts once echoed with the calls of winged creatures whose scratchings along the crags of the towering sea cliffs became foul and maggot-ridden delvings. The Elves are said to have come to the City of Sirens, driving out the foul creatures. The Elves afterwards turned the cliff side into a fabulous city, by expanding the caves, and building in the cliff side a huge enclosed harbor - a cavern domed like a great cathedral and large enough to hide a fleet. The Elves delved deep into the mountains. Following their wars with the Dwarfs, the Elves abandoned the city along with the Old World.

The city remained abandoned until the Tileans discovered the passage through the Rocks and the entrances to the hidden harbor beyond. Driving out the cliff-dwelling creatures who had taken up residence, the Tileans repopulated the city and renamed it Tobaro.
Tobaro over the centuries became a city and about 1 IC Tobaro became a City State.

General Information:

Single player campaign map though it could be used as a 2v2 for multiplayer. This map is a mostly lore friendly version of the minor settlement Tobaro. I was unable to find a clear image from which to work off of so I mostly worked off the written description for the map. This is another fort settlement battle but the deployment zones were arranged so that if you have vanguard deployment you wont have to spend nearly as much time crossing the bridge to get to the fort. Also there are other ways of assailing the fort other than the bridge. I have play tested this a good amount and have removed most (hopefully all) of the bugs. Please let me know what you think and if you find any issues that make it 'Literally' unplayable :)

The update version has been added to the grand campaign. If there are no further AI issues, I probably leave this untouched until CA allows us to have seige AI implemented on the custom maps.

@katchinska oh thanks, I hope they implement it soon. I really like that the town itself matches the enivornemnt on the campaign map, amazingly done, if only Creative assembly wouldve made settlement maps only half as good as these.

@Zergonz yeh the modders who added the map to the campaign have not imported my updated version into their campaign mod. I bugged them about it a week ago and they said they would be updating the empire settlement pack but they still havnt. The AI deployment issue should be fixed as soon as the import this updated version of the map. You can tell its the old version if the map your playing on doesnt have the ship in the harbor.

As the Beastmen, when trying to attack this settlement with 2 armies (1 attack, 1 as reinforcements) I do not get my reinforcements at all on the map and neither does the AI. This has happened every time so far with this town, for the rest of it its really good

Lastest version of the map is up. Hopefully more of the AI issues have been fixed with the new deploy zones and the added no go zones. I think the campaign mod version is diffferent from this version. I will get with the author and have him sync them up if they are infact different. I will have all the bumps ironed out soon.

This is the 1st custom map I played on and I gotta say, good shit! Only improvement I'd suggest is making it so units actually stay on top of the bridge you have on the side where the cave entrance is. It's still traversable but units walk through it

@LitanyOfFury, was it the main AI or was it Reinforcement AI that joined in. Im asking cause I want to see if its a problem with the reinforcement deploy zone or if i just need to add no go zones.

Cool map, but when fighting on the map with AI, the AI units starts running in the water and got stuck there. When i scroll down/zoom in, the water becomes grassland.

Thanks to zoidberg and bloodyhound and Maruka this map is now included in the Grand Campaign. You will need this mod to play it: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=877551324&searchtext=zoidberg
